Step-by-Step Guide:

On Desktop:
- Open your preferred web browser and navigate to our website.
- Log in to your account using your premium membership credentials.
- Look for the settings icon or link, which is represented by a gear or cogwheel symbol. You can find it on the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the settings icon to access the settings menu.
- In the settings menu, locate and click on the "Update Subscription" option.
- On the right-hand side of the "Update Subscription" page, scroll down to find your list of receipts. They should be displayed at the bottom.

On Mobile (Browser Version):
- Open the mobile browser on your device and navigate to our website.
- Log in to your account using your premium membership credentials.
- Look for the hamburger menu icon, which consists of three horizontal lines stacked on top of each other. You can find it in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Tap on the hamburger menu icon to open the side menu.
- Locate and tap on the "Settings" option in the menu.
- Within the settings menu, find and select "Update Subscription."
- Scroll down on the "Update Subscription" page until you see your list of receipts. They should be displayed at the bottom of the page.
Receipts may be listed individually or grouped based on billing cycles or dates. You can view or download each receipt by clicking on the respective entry and then selecting the download button.
Please remember that receipts are not visible in the mobile app. To access your receipts, make sure to log in through a browser on your mobile device or use a desktop computer.
