You can change your credit card payment method at anytime.
If you are on our legacy pricing and your recent renewal has failed, please contact us for help updating your payment method as you will be unable to do so using the instructions below.
To change your payment method:
- In your Dance Vision account (website only), click on Settings in the left-side menu.
- Click on Update Subscription
- Select Add Payment Method
- Click the three dots next to the newly added payment method, and select "Make default"
- You can delete the old payment method
Attention: you must update your payment method before renewing an expired membership that failed to renew. In most cases, a failed renewal is due to an expired or cancelled credit card.
