You can change your credit card payment method at anytime.
To change your payment method:
- In your Dance Vision account (website only), click on Dashboard in the top right corner.
- In the left-side menu, navigate to Account Details > Edit my Account or Change my Password.
Please note: you must update your payment method before renewing an expired membership that failed to renew. In most cases, a failed renewal is due to an expired or cancelled credit card.
- On the left-side menu, navigate to Payment Methods.
- Select Add payment method.
- Once the new payment method has been added, Delete the old one.
- If you want to keep both payment methods, make sure you select the Make primary payment method next to the one you want to pay for your subscription.
If your subscription has lapsed and you want to renew with your new payment method, follow these next steps:
- From where we left off, navigate to My Subscriptions in the left-side menu.
- Scroll down to Related Orders.
- Select Pay next to the order that is due.
- Once your payment is processed, your membership will be active again.
