Exam & Test Retake Policy
Retake eligibility & timeframe after an unsuccessful exam attempt
Policy Overview
When a candidate registers and pays for an exam or test, the fee covers the initial attempt and allows for a retake if the candidate does not pass.
If a candidate does not successfully pass their exam or test, they are eligible to retake the same exam within six (6) months at no additional charge.
Key Details
-
The six-month retake period begins from the date of the original exam.
-
The retake applies only to the same exam or test originally taken.
-
If the candidate does not retake the exam within the six-month window, a new exam fee will be required for any future attempt.
-
This policy applies to all applicable exams and tests unless otherwise stated.
Purpose of This Policy
This policy is intended to support candidates by giving them adequate time to improve, prepare, and successfully complete their exam without immediate additional cost.
